Funny Kids Movies, For The Whole Family To Enjoy!
Does your family enjoy movies as much as we do? We are all movie and tv people although we dont spend a pile of time infront of the tv's or at the cinema. Over the years there have been some really epic childrens movies so it was actually tough to narrow down this list, however here are our top ten movies that we have found ourselves watching on repeat. As our youngest girls age, I'm sure these movies will be updated with new titles.

Top Ten Kids Movie List In No Particular Order
In Ancient Polynesia, when a terrible curse incurred by the Demigod Maui reaches Moana's island, she answers the Ocean's call to seek out the Demigod to set things right. The musical lessons and vivid colours really grap the kids and tweeens attention. The lessons taught in this movie are to be kind and to think beyond juts what we are taught. The movie is approx 1 hour and 20 mins in length.
When the newly-crowned Queen Elsa accidentally uses her power to turn things into ice to curse her home in infinite winter, her sister Anna teams up with a mountain man, his playful reindeer, and a snowman to change the weather condition. Another children's movie with great animation and music as a means of getting the kids interactive. Music is such a positive way to teach lessons and guide kids. Frozen is a good movie for a school age child vs a toddler or pre schooler. Im not sure that the younger child would understand some of the lessons and may find it ffrightening.
- Inside Out
After young Riley is uprooted from her Midwest life and moved to San Francisco, her emotions - Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness - conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house, and school. Such an adorable movie with a young girl going through her mission to make friends and feel normal in her new environment.
The magically long-haired Rapunzel has spent her entire life in a tower, but now that a runaway thief has stumbled upon her, she is about to discover the world for the first time, and who she really is. This is a family favourite!
- How To Train Your Dragon
A hapless young Viking who aspires to hunt dragons becomes the unlikely friend of a young dragon himself, and learns there may be more to the creatures than he assumed. Brody cannot get enough of How To Train Your Dragon. I bet we have watched it about 200 times by now and he knows ALL the words. A great adventure movie to share with a curious mind.
Seventy-eight year old Carl Fredricksen travels to Paradise Falls in his home equipped with balloons, inadvertently taking a young stowaway. This movie is so creative and adorable. A younger child may not udnerstadn some of the plot but the movie is appropriate for all ages. Be prepared to adore the main character.
Determined to make her own path in life, Princess Merida defies a custom that brings chaos to her kingdom. Granted one wish, Merida must rely on her bravery and her archery skills to undo a beastly curse. I love the determination this movie portrays. The main character goes against certain beliefs and follows her belief system. This action packed animation will have you chuckling, on the edge of your seat and appreciating the pleasantries showed throughout the movie.
- Monsters Inc
In order to power the city, monsters have to scare children so that they scream. However, the children are toxic to the monsters, and after a child gets through, 2 monsters realize things may not be what they think. All around evrything about this movie is amazing and adorable.
Although the sotry has been changed multiple times, the ending remains the same with this sotry. The Disney Aladdin was a well done movie with fantastic anamation, lots of music that you couldn't help but dance to and several really good lessons along the way. This is ine of Mand'y personal favs, along with the next one.

A young reporter and his niece discover a beautiful and enchanting creature they believe to be the real little mermaid.
